Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center has once again been recognized for its excellence in heart failure care. For the second year in a row, the facility received a High-Performing rating from U.S. News & World Report for the 2024-2025 period.
This prestigious distinction is awarded to a select group of hospitals across the country, highlighting Conemaugh’s dedication to providing high-quality patient care. “Receiving this High-Performing distinction in Heart Failure care is a testament to our unwavering commitment to clinical excellence,” stated Rodney D. Reider, Chief Executive Officer and Market President of Conemaugh Health System. He emphasized that this achievement reflects the hard work, skill, and compassion of the healthcare professionals at Conemaugh, particularly those in the heart failure program and emergency department.
The annual ratings from U.S. News evaluate nearly 5,000 hospitals based on various specialties and procedures. The High-Performing designation indicates that Conemaugh Memorial consistently delivers exceptional outcomes, nursing care, and patient satisfaction in treating heart failure.
